highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

Onshore flow will remain gentle to moderate (BF 3-4) through much of 
the weekend with periods of moderate to fresh (BF 4-5) Saturday into 
Sunday. Rain chances over the waters generally remain moderate (40-
60%) into Saturday before decreasing Saturday afternoon/evening to a 
low 20-30% chance and further decreasing to less than 15% by Sunday 
evening.
