Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out 60 NM. 

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Persistent high pressure across the western Gulf of 
Mexico will maintain light to moderate southeasterly onshore 
winds and low to moderate seas along the Lower Texas Coast.
Scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms are possible 
through the week, which may result in periods of higher winds and
