Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out 60 NM. 

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Small Craft Advisories are in effect for the Laguna 
Madre and lower Texas coastal Gulf waters through tomorrow due to 
breezy northeast winds and building seas. Conditions should
gradually improve through tomorrow as high pressure settles. The 
ridge passes to the east Tuesday with southeast winds and more 
favorable marine conditions returning midweek. Rain chances return
Wednesday and Thursday.
