Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out 60 NM. 

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...The pressure gradient between a high pressure 
extending over the Gulf of Mexico and a series of low pressure 
areas across Northwest Texas and the Central Plains will cause 
fresh to strong southeast winds and moderate to high seas through 
much of the weekend. Winds will begin to diminish Sunday night, 
with elevated wave heights persisting on the Gulf waters into next
week.
