Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out 60 NM. 

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...An enhanced pressure gradient will exist courtesy of
high pressure over the northern Gulf of Mexico interacting with
low pressure over the southern Gulf of Mexico. Light to moderate
winds and generally moderate seas will result along the Lower
Texas Coast, with Small Craft Exercise Caution possibly needed
beginning Tuesday night for a portion of the Gulf of Mexico
waters.
