.SYNOPSIS...A Tropical Storm Warning has been issued for both bay
and Gulf waters between the mouth of the Rio Grande and Port
Mansfield until further notice. Marine conditions are expected to
deteriorate Saturday morning and persist through Saturday night,
especially across the southern half of the coastal waters, as a
potential tropical cyclone moves towards the northeast Mexico
coast. The system will produce periods of heavy rain beginning
Saturday morning and winds and seas are forecast to increase as a
result. Rain chances will decrease a bit on Monday but will
increase again Tuesday through the end of the work week as an
upper level disturbances moves south across the state. A weak to
moderate south to southeast flow can be expected through the week.
