 .SYNOPSIS...High pressure ridge along the Texas coast is
 providing favorable marine conditions today with fair weather for
 Sunday as the ridge tracks east. Pressure gradient strengthens
 thereafter with fresh to strong winds Monday and Tuesday. A cold
 front sweeps through the coastal waters Wednesday with strong
 northerly flow. Adverse conditions are expected to develop Monday
 persist on Tuesday and continue with the passage of the midweek
 cold front.
