.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
Northeasterly winds around moderate to fresh (BF 4-5) levels
continue with periods of fresh to strong levels through the day,
especially offshore. Periods are expected to build around 9-10
seconds with seas around 9-10 ft by Friday afternoon/evening. A
Small Craft Advisory has been expanded to the nearshore waters and
remains in effect through today. Winds are expected to subside by
Saturday.
