.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
Winds will gradually subside to a gentle breeze (Beaufort 2-3)
overnight and becoming onshore as high pressure shifts east. Onshore
winds will increase on Friday (BF-4) as a trough develops in the
plains. Gentle to moderate southeast winds (BF 3-4) will increase
to moderate levels (BF 4) Saturday evening. These moderate levels
will hang around before decreasing to more gentle (BF 3) levels
Monday and shifting to the east. Rain chances will make their way
back into the forecast around mid-week with low to medium chances
(30-40%) for rain across the local waters.
