.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

Moderate northeast to east flow will persist through Saturday.
There is a moderate chance for showers today and Saturday. An
increase in winds to near 20 knots is expected this weekend as a
tropical wave approaches the region. This could lead to increased
swells which would lead to some Small Craft Exercise Caution to
Small Craft Advisory conditions this weekend into early next week.
Flow will become weak to moderate out of the northeast by midweek
and continue its gradual downward trend.
