 A Small Craft Advisory remains in effect until 7 AM this morning
 across all the waters as hazardous marine conditions slowly improve.
 A moderate to fresh (BF 4-5) northeast breeze will diminish
 throughout the day today becoming a light to gentle variable breeze
 by this evening. Flow will increase tomorrow to a moderate to fresh
 onshore breeze for much of the remainder of the week. Low to
 moderate chances for rain Tuesday will steadily increase to a high
 (80-90%) chance through Wednesday before dropping back to low
 chances by Thursday.
