.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
Generally weak flow is expected tonight through Saturday morning,
with onshore flow resuming Saturday afternoon. Patchy fog may
impact the coastal waters late tonight and again Saturday night
into Sunday morning. A weak to moderate onshore flow will persist
through the middle of next week. Increased moisture over the
waters and a passing upper disturbance will warrant a 20-30%
chance of showers and thunderstorms Monday and Tuesday.
