.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
Light northerly winds this morning are expected to turn easterly
as a sea breeze develops this afternoon. Isolated to scattered
showers and thunderstorms are expected over the Gulf waters this
morning then diminish by this afternoon. Weak onshore flow this
evening will become light and variable early Wednesday morning,
with a weak onshore flow returning in the afternoon with the sea
breeze. Generally weak onshore flow will persist through the end
of the week, before briefly strengthening to moderate levels over
the weekend. Periods of Small Craft Exercise Caution conditions
will be possible Saturday night through Sunday.
