.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
Weak to moderate onshore flow is expected to persist tonight
into the middle of next week. Periods of Small Craft Exercise
Caution conditions will be possible at times over the weekend
across the southern bays and nearshore waters. Onshore flow will
increase to moderate to strong Wednesday in response to tighter
gradients. Small Craft Advisory conditions are possible Wednesday
and Thursday of next week.
