.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
Generally light and variable wind expected today through Tuesday,
along with isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms. A
weak onshore flow will persist Wednesday through Friday, but there
will be brief periods of weak to moderate southeast winds during
the late afternoon and early evening over the southern bays and
near shore waters each day. Isolated showers and thunderstorms
will be possible Wednesday morning.
