.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
Winds across the offshore waters are expected to drop below advisory
levels this afternoon. However, seas will take longer to subside.
Therefore, the Small Craft Advisory has been extended for the
offshore waters due to seas. Otherwise, northeast winds will
diminish to a gentle to moderate (BF 3-4) breeze by late tonight.
Winds will shift to the east and southeast Sunday and Sunday
night.A fresh (BF 5) south to southeast flow is expected to
develop by Monday afternoon and continue through the middle of
next week.
