.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
Weak to moderate onshore flow continues through tonight,
increasing to moderate to occasionally through the day Thursday
as an upper level disturbance approaches the southwestern United
States. Onshore flow is forecast to strengthen to moderate to
strong levels Thursday night, with periods of Small Craft Advisory
or Small Craft Exercise Caution conditions persisting through
Monday. Winds become weak to moderate during the day Monday and
will persist through the remainder of the period. Isolated showers
and thunderstorms will be possible daily Friday, and Sunday
through Tuesday as a couple weak disturbances moves over the area.
