 Moderate onshore flow will persist across the offshore waters
 through this evening before becoming weak and veer offshore after
 a front moves across the waters tonight. A Small Craft Advisory
 remains in effect through 3 am Friday morning for elevated seas
 offshore. Small Craft Should Exercise Caution conditions will
 exist Friday as flow will become moderate. No precipitation is
 expected. Weak to moderate onshore flow is expected to develop
 Saturday. Increasing onshore flow Sunday through Tuesday. Small
 Craft Advisory conditions are anticipated Tuesday over the coastal
 waters.
