.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
Patchy fog will continue to lift through this afternoon. A gentle
to moderate westerly breeze across the coastal waters will
continue this afternoon ahead a cold front. Winds are forecast to
shift to the north and strengthen to strong to near gale levels
in the wake of the front tonight. A Small Craft Advisory
is in effect tonight through Monday morning. Advisory conditions
may linger through Monday afternoon due to seas. Northerly winds
will gradually shift southeast to south by Tuesday becoming
gentle to moderate once again. Another cold front is expected by
the end of the week along with a 20-30% chance of showers and
thunderstorms.

Northeast winds 5 to 10 knots, becoming southeast in
