.Synopsis for Eastern North Carolina coastal waters...
A long duration of hazardous marine weather is forecast through
early week. Strong Arctic high extends into the Mid-Atlantic but 
gradually moves off to the north and east as a complex low 
pressure moves through Eastern NC today into Monday. A second 
Arctic high pressure will build in through much of next week. 
Another reinforcing arctic front will move through mid to late 
next week.
