.Synopsis for Eastern North Carolina coastal waters...
Southwesterly flow strengthens this morning ahead of a cold front
crossing through area waters today. Strong Nerly surge directly
behind the front could bring brief gale force winds. Showers and
storms possible ahead of the front with lighter rain lagging
behind it. Best chance for tstorms over coastal and offshore
waters. Another weaker front will cross MON, with sub SCA SW winds
becoming Nerly.
