.Synopsis for Eastern North Carolina coastal waters...
High pressure will remain over the Carolinas today and then
shift offshore tonight. High pressure then strengthens off the
SE coast tomorrow and into early next week as a frontal system
approaches. A more unsettled pattern is expected as this front
strengthens and slowly moves through the area by mid next week.
Dry high pressure reestablishes across the region behind this
system late next week.
