.SYNOPSIS...
Winds will then shift northerly by noon today and relax as a low
pressure system across the area departs off to the east. A light
offshore flow will follow through Saturday, briefly shift
easterly Saturday night, followed by a moderate northerly flow
through early next week as a strong surface high builds in from
the north.
