 .SYNOPSIS...Onshore flow gradually increases and seas build into
 the early half of the week ahead of a strong cold front
 approaching the lower Mississippi River Valley. Coverage of
 showers will be on the increase. A few rumbles of thunder also
 possible. The front makes passage through the coastal waters
 Tuesday night, bringing a shift to strong northwest winds and
 higher seas in its wake. A Small Craft Advisory and potentially a
 brief period of gale force wind gusts mainly over the open Gulf
 waters Tuesday night into late Wednesday morning.
