DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 900 AM CST (1500 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression One-E was located near latitude 17.0 North, longitude 105.9 West. The depression is moving toward the northwest near 9 mph (15 km/h), and this general motion is expected to continue through tonight. A turn toward the west is forecast on Friday and Friday night. Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts. Little change in strength is forecast today, followed by gradual weakening tonight and Friday.
