 Surface high pressure across the northeast Gulf and western Atlantic
 will continue to keep a southerly or southeasterly flow across the
 local waters through Thursday. Shower and thunderstorms will affect
 the coastal waters each day through the period. Locally higher winds
 and seas will be possible in and around the stronger thunderstorm
 activity along with the possibility of waterspouts.
