A sluggish front will stall near the coast late Tuesday into
Wednesday. This will cause winds to be southerly today and Monday
then become light and erratic by late Monday into Tuesday. A
northerly wind will begin Tuesday and gradually become easterly
toward the end of the week rising to 15 to 20 knots.
