.SYNOPSIS...Offshore flow will develop this morning in the wake
of a dry front before strengthening to around 15 knots tonight
into Friday morning. Winds will veer back around to the southeast
by Saturday, with onshore flow continuing through the weekend. Dry
conditions will prevail over the coastal waters through Saturday
with precipitation increasing Sunday through early next week in
response to an area of low pressure developing over central Texas.
