 .SYNOPSIS...
 
 Northerly to northeasterly winds will subside through the morning
 and will fall into cautionary range this afternoon. Seas likewise
 will respond and diminish into the afternoon to 3 to 6 feet. Winds
 remain near cautionary levels through Wednesday with high pressure
 to our north and a cold front to our south causing a tight
 pressure gradient. As the high moves overhead into Thursday, winds
 will relax somewhat before increasing again Friday into the
 weekend ahead of an approaching cold front.
