 .SYNOPSIS...
 
 Tropical depression number two has developed in the central Gulf
 with the northern extent of rainbands extending into our offshore
 legs west of Apalachicola. Small craft advisories are in effect
 for these offshore legs 20 to 60 nautical miles as well for winds
 of 20 to 30 knots which will continue into the overnight hours as
 the system slowly sags south. Winds and seas slowly subside into
 Friday with east to northeast winds generally 10 knots or less
 through the weekend.
