 .Synopsis...
 
 The axis of a weak surface trough will be in place over the Atlantic
 waters today, with gentle to moderate NE winds across the local
 waters. This feature will lift north and east on Wednesday as a cold
 front crosses the area Wednesday afternoon. Hazardous NE winds and
 building seas over the Atlantic are expected to develop behind the
 cold frontal passage Wednesday afternoon and will likely persist
 into the upcoming weekend as strong high pressure builds over the
 SE US.
 
 Gulf Stream Hazards: NE winds increasing to sustained 20-25kts and
 seas building to 6-9ft by Wednesday night.
