 Light southerly winds across the local waters today will shift to a
 northerly direction tonight and enhance in strength as a frontal
 boundary moves southward across the region on Monday. SCEC (Small
 Craft Exercise Caution) conditions could once again be realized
 across both the Atlantic and Gulf waters after daybreak on Monday.
 Wave heights of 2-3 feet across both the Atlantic and Gulf waters
 today will continue through Monday afternoon with locally higher
 winds and waves possible in any shower or thunderstorm.
