 Northeasterly winds increase behind a frontal passage today, with
 the strongest winds during the morning and early afternoon hours.
 Sustained winds are forecast to be between 25-30 knots with
 occasional gusts to low-end Gale force. Small Craft Advisories are
 in effect for all Atlantic, Gulf, and Lake waters. The Advisories
 will taper off to only the Atlantic waters by tonight. Winds and
 seas should fall below hazardous levels by mid-week.
 
 A few showers and thunderstorms will be possible today with
 lingering moisture behind the frontal boundary. Generally dry
 conditions are expected from mid-week onward.
 
 Gulf Stream Hazards: Winds of 25-30kt with occasional gusts to Gale
 Force. Seas 8-12 ft through Tuesday morning.
