 Breezy northeasterly winds will prevail across the local waters of
 South Florida over the next several days with periods of Small Craft
 Exercise Caution (SCEC) conditions (sustained winds of 15-19 knots
 with higher gusts) possible across both of the Atlantic and Gulf
 waters through Wednesday night as a pressure gradient fluctuates
 across the region. Wave heights in the Atlantic and the Gulf will
 remain in the 2-3 feet range into early Thursday as they remain
 wind- driven. Shower and thunderstorm chances increase across the
 local waters during the day on Wednesday and are forecast to
 continue to increase in coverage through the end of the work week.
 Locally higher seas and winds will be possible in and around any
 shower or thunderstorm activity.
