 .SYNOPSIS...High pressure will meander into the western North
 Atlantic tonight, resulting in breezes gradually slackening and
 veering to the southeast through Thursday. Another cold front
 will push through the marine zones Thursday night, with freshened
 breezes expected once again in its wake through the end of the
 work week. Behind this front, yet another area of high pressure
 will settle in the southeast CONUS slackening breezes before the
 start of the weekend.
