 .SYNOPSIS...
 Showers and thunderstorms continue to move south across coastal
 waters through the afternoon. High pressure south of the waters
 will keep westerly flow in place through the week, with showers
 and storms developing over the waters during the overnight hours
 and shifting onshore mainly through the morning and early
 afternoon each day. Wind speeds will increase on Wednesday, with
 Small Craft Advisory or Exercise Caution headlines possible
 through the rest of the week.
