DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 800 PM PDT (0300 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Nineteen-E was located near latitude 13.8 North, longitude 130.2 West. The depression is moving toward the east-southeast near 9 mph (15 km/h) and this motion is expected to continue over the next couple of days. Maximum sustained winds are near 30 mph (45 km/h) with higher gusts. Little change in strength is forecast during the next couple of days, and this system is expected to degenerate into a post-tropical cyclone by Thursday. The estimated minimum central pressure is 1006 mb (29.71 inches).
