.Synopsis for Eastern North Carolina coastal waters...
North to northeasterly winds strengthen behind the front that is
now south of area waters, deteriorating marine conditions while
the front stalls to the south. This morning into Saturday, low
pressure traveling along the offshore boundary brings rain and
moderate winds to area waters. Expecting FROPA MON while another
low passes well offshore Monday bringing widespread Small Craft
Advisory, and perhaps Gale, conditions early next week.
