 .SYNOPSIS...The increased pressure gradient has lead to high winds
 and seas across the waters off the lower Texas coast with Small
 Craft Advisories in effect until at least Sunday morning. An area
 of low pressure is forecast to develop this weekend while
 interacting with a frontal boundary foster a favorable environment
 for showers and thunderstorms to develop. There is a 70 percent
 chance for tropical development in the Bay of Campeche early or
 close to the middle of next week which could extend hazardous
 marine conditions into next week.
