.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
Winds are expected to gradually decrease this afternoon. While winds
will be decreasing, a strong breeze will remain through midnight
which has prompted the continuation of the Small Craft Advisory. A
gentle to moderate breeze (BF 3-4) will shift to the southeast
Tuesday and persist through the end of the week. Rain is not
expected through this week.
