 Due to Tropical Storm Isaias in the southwestern Gulf a Small Craft
 Caution and Small Craft Advisory have been issued for 12z Wednesday
 and ending at 12z Friday. By Friday, Gale force criteria is
 possible, however this is highly conditional based on the evolution

 Northeast winds 15 to 20 knots with gusts up to
 25 knots. Seas 4 to 6 feet, occasionally to 8 feet. Wave Detail:
 East 6 feet at 6 seconds. A slight chance of showers and
 thunderstorms in the afternoon.

 East winds 20 to 25 knots with gusts up to
