DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 200 PM PDT (2100 UTC), the center of Tropical Storm Estelle was located near latitude 21.6 North, longitude 122.3 West. Estelle is moving toward the west-northwest near 15 mph (24 km/h), and this general motion with a gradual decrease in forward speed is expected over the next couple of days. Maximum sustained winds have decreased to near 50 mph (85 km/h) with higher gusts. Continued weakening is expected during the next couple of days, and Estelle is forecast to become a post-tropical remnant low on Thursday. Tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 80 miles (130 km) from the center. The estimated minimum central pressure is 1002 mb (29.59 inches).
