.SYNOPSIS...
Light southwesterly to westerly winds this evening will shift
northwesterly to northerly late tonight into Friday as a cold
front slips through the area. Small craft over the Gulf should
exercise caution at a minimum late Friday into Saturday as winds
increase to 15-20kts with wave/seas responding to 2-3ft (3-4ft
outer Gulf). Winds remain elevated going into Sunday and small
craft should continue to exercise caution. Light offshore flow
will follow through the middle of next week.
