.SYNOPSIS...Strong northwesterly winds are expected to continue
through Friday morning, especially over the offshore Gulf waters.
Gusts over the Gulf may occasionally approach gale force at times.
Winds and seas begin to relax on Friday, with light northerly
flow expected by Saturday. Light flow, somewhat variable at
times, is then expected to continue into the early part of next
week.
