weak cold front brings a light offshore flow by Tuesday into
Tuesday night. Onshore flow returns by Wednesday before a stronger
cold front brings moderate to strong offshore flow Thursday night
into the weekend. A Small Craft Advisory may be needed by the end
of the week.
