 .SYNOPSIS...
 
 Cold front moves through area waters this morning into the
 afternoon. Somewhat weaker activity early this morning will likely
 redevelop with eastward extent into the afternoon and evening
 before all activity diminishes by the evening and early morning
 hours of Tuesday. While winds will not be as strong on Tuesday,
 winds and seas still remain elevated through the day but likely
 just below cautionary levels beginning Tuesday morning or
 afternoon. Lighter winds and seas move in for the middle to end of
 the week with the next chance of rain not being until next Friday.
