 .SYNOPSIS...Hazardous marine conditions will persist through the
 weekend and into early next week. Northeasterly to easterly winds
 will remain moderate to fresh through the weekend as high pressure
 over the eastern seaboard and western Atlantic builds south
 towards Florida, keeping seas elevated. Winds finally ease
 allowing seas to subside early next week as high pressure shifts
 offshore into the subtropical Atlantic, with flow remaining
 onshore as the ridge axis stays anchored over North Florida.
 
 .GULF STREAM HAZARDS...Northeast winds 15 to 20 knots with gusts
 up to 30 knots and seas 7 to 11 feet.
