Light to moderate southeasterly flow through this evening will increase to strong after midnight while shifting southerly to southwesterly ahead of a cold front. A moderate to strong offshore flow becomes established Sunday night in the wake of a cold front, gradually waning to a light to moderate offshore flow by Monday afternoon.
