 High pressure moves offshore through the weekend ahead of the
 next cold front approaching from the west. SCA conditions are
 expected for the bay, rivers, and coastal waters north of Cape
 Charles tonight into early Sunday. Through the first of of next
 week, benign marine conditions are expected. By middle to late
 next week, elevated marine conditions are likely as a cold front
 approaches the area.
