DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 900 PM MDT (0300 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Ten-E was located near latitude 17.8 North, longitude 113.5 West. The depression is moving toward the west-southwest near 3 mph (6 km/h) and this motion is expected to continue for the next day or so followed by a more westward motion. Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts. Gradual weakening is forecast over the next day or two, and the depression is forecast degenerate into a remnant low tomorrow.
