 .SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
 
 Gentle to fresh breeze (BF 3-5) is expected to continue through
 tonight before increasing to predominately fresh Saturday through
 Sunday night before the cold front. Strong to near gale (BF 6-7)
 north to northeast winds are expected in the wake of the front with
 gusts to Gale. Winds are expected to begin decreasing Monday evening
 returning back to a moderate breeze (BF 4). The only chances for
 rain will be Sunday night along the front with low to medium chances
 (20-60%) across the Gulf water and low chances across the bays and
 waterways.
