.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

Strong northeasterly flow and elevated seas over the Gulf waters
are leading to Small Craft Advisory conditions. These conditions
are expected to persist into much of the work week. There's a moderate
to high (40-75%) chance of rainfall today and is expected to
persist into the middle of the week. Winds will veer onshore
tonight and will continue into Wednesday. Then, winds will turn
to the northeast Thursday and become moderate to occasionally
strong. Onshore flow will return Friday. A high (50-70%) chance of
showers will continue over the waters through the weekend,
diminishing to a medium (20-50%) early next week.
