A chance of showers with a  slight chance of thunderstorms this morning, then a chance of  showers early this afternoon.  TONIGHT  North winds 20 to 25 knots, diminishing to 15 to 20  knots after midnight. Rough bay waters, diminishing to choppy  bay waters after midnight. A slight chance of showers early in  the evening.  MONDAY  North winds 15 to 20 knots, diminishing to 10 to  15 knots in the afternoon.
