.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh, occasionally strong, southeasterly
to southerly winds will continue to result in Small Craft Exercise
Caution, possibly Small Craft Advisory, conditions into Tuesday
afternoon or evening. This is due to a tightened pressure gradient
ahead of an approaching trough and stalling cold front, which
will increase probabilities of showers and thunderstorms from a
low to medium (20-40%) chance to a medium to likely (30-60%)
chance Tuesday night into Friday. Gentle to moderate winds return
Tuesday night, turn easterly on Wednesday and northeasterly on
Thursday.
