.SYNOPSIS...An enhanced pressure gradient ahead of an approaching
trough and cold front will result in moderate to fresh,
occasionally strong south-southeasterly winds through Tuesday
evening. This will result in Small Craft Exercise Caution,
possibly Small Craft Advisory conditions through Tuesday evening.
Gentle to moderate winds return Tuesday night. These winds will
become easterly on Wednesday and northeasterly on Thursday.
Finally, there will be day-to-day chances for showers and
thunderstorms beginning Tuesday night and lasting into Friday.
