DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 1000 PM CDT (0300 UTC), the center of Post-Tropical Cyclone Beryl was located near latitude 39.6 North, longitude 86.5 West. The post-tropical cyclone is moving toward the northeast near 20 mph (31 km/h) and little change is expected through Wednesday. Maximum sustained winds are near 30 mph (45 km/h) with higher gusts. Little change in strength is forecast during the next 48 hours. The estimated minimum central pressure is 1004 mb (29.65 inches).
