.Synopsis for Eastern North Carolina coastal waters...
North to northeasterly winds strengthen overnight behind the
front that is now south of area waters, deteriorating marine
conditions while the front stalls to the south. Friday morning
into Saturday, low pressure traveling along the offshore boundary
brings rain and moderate winds to area waters. Another low passes
offshore Monday bringing widespread Small Craft Advisory, and
perhaps Gale, conditions early next week.
