.Synopsis for Eastern North Carolina coastal waters...
Weak, dry front crosses area waters this evening and tonight.
Winds become north to northeasterly and strengthen overnight
behind the front, deteriorating marine conditions while the front
stalls to the south. Friday morning into Saturday, low pressure
traveling along the offshore boundary brings rain and moderate
winds to area waters. Another low passes offshore Monday bringing
widespread Small Craft Advisory, and perhaps Gale, conditions
early next week.
