 As a front lifts northward, southerly surface winds will increase
 later today. This fetch will increase over the next few days leading
 to hazardous marine conditions through much of the remainder of the
 workweek. Only modest improvement is anticipated going into the
 weekend with moderate winds and seas continuing out ahead of the next
 cold front late in the weekend or early next week.
