 Surface high pressure scooting across the northeastern Gulf of
 Mexico will cause gentle northeast breezes this morning to clock
 around to the east this afternoon, then southerly to
 southwesterly tonight. Moderate westerly winds are expected
 Tuesday ahead of another cold front Tuesday night into Wednesday.
 Light to moderate northerly to northeasterly winds develop in the
 wake of the front through the end of the work week.
