 Gulf waters. Scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms will be
 possible today over the local waters with the highest chances
 remaining over the Atlantic. A gentle to moderate south to
 southeasterly breeze will continue across all local waters heading
 into early next week as chances of showers and thunderstorms slowly
