Winds across the local waters will gradually subside today as a
moderate southeasterly breeze develops over the Atlantic waters by
this afternoon while a gentle to moderate breeze develops over the
Gulf waters. Scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms will be
possible today over the local waters with the highest chances
remaining over the Atlantic. A gentle to moderate south to
southeasterly breeze will continue across all local waters heading
into early next week as chances of showers and thunderstorms slowly
diminish.
