 waters this evening and overnight, delivering a brief period of
 dangerous boating conditions into Monday with strong north winds
 and rapidly building seas. Boating conditions will improve mid
 week as high pressure pushes seaward off the southeast U.S.
 
 .GULF STREAM HAZARDS...North winds increasing 20 to 25 knots north
 of the Cape late this afternoon. Seas rapidly building 6 to 8 feet
 this evening.

A slight chance of showers and  thunderstorms early this morning, then a chance of showers and  thunderstorms this afternoon.  TONIGHT  North winds 20 to 25 knots. Seas 4 to 6 feet,  occasionally to 8 feet, building to 7 to 9 feet, occasionally to  11 feet after midnight. Wave Detail: Northeast 5 feet at  9 seconds and northeast 2 feet at 4 seconds, becoming north  9 feet at 8 seconds after midnight. Rough on the intracoastal  waters. A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms after  midnight.  MONDAY  Northeast winds 20 to 25 knots, diminishing to 15 to  20 knots in the afternoon. Seas 9 to 11 feet, occasionally to  14 feet.
