Seas 1 foot or less, then 1 to 2 feet. Wave  Detail: Northwest 2 feet at 3 seconds. Bay and inland waters  choppy.  TONIGHT  North winds 20 to 25 knots with gusts up to 30 knots.  Seas 2 to 4 feet, occasionally to 5 feet.
