 .SYNOPSIS...
 
 Winds remain elevated in response to the gradient between high
 pressure extending down the E Seaboard and over the E Gulf waters
 and a lingering boundary over S FL and the FL Straits. Threat of
 seas as high as 5 to 6 feet offshore continues today with winds
 around 20 knots before beginning to gradually subside on Friday,
 continuing to improve through the weekend.
