 .SYNOPSIS...
 High pressure will remain over the waters through midweek with
 generally north to northeast winds each day below cautionary
 levels, except across the southern outer waters Tuesday night and
 Wednesday night. A cold front will push across the northern and
 central waters Friday night and Saturday with increasing northeast
 winds across the region, with cautionary or advisory level winds
 likely. Scattered to numerous showers and isolated thunderstorms
 will also develop mainly over the central and southern waters.
