 .SYNOPSIS...
 Strong northerly winds will make for hazardous boating
 conditions for the next couple of days. A small craft advisory is in
 effect through Tuesday afternoon with winds around 20 to 25 knots
 and gust up to 30. Winds will slowly start to drop down through the
 afternoon and evening on Tuesday. For the rest of our work week
 winds will remain out of the north and northeast between 5 to 10
